Autumn 1

ENGLISH: Macbeth

This half term Y5&6 have studied the Shakespearean play 'Macbeth.' The children have enjoyed this unit of work and have been thoroughly engaged and enthusiastic in their learning. They have made predictions about character and plot; summarised the key events in each scene; used their inference and deduction skills; used oracy and drama techniques (such as hot seating, role on the wall and conscience alley) to delve further into the main characters and written diaries and character descriptions!

KS2 English: Macbeth - BBC Teach we used the BBC website videos throughout the half term.
