EHC Dashboard Lancashire County Council's EHC Dashboard, a new digital tool designed to improve how we support families through the EHC needs assessment process, is now live. Starting Monday 1 September 2025, parents and carers of children with new EHC needs assessment requests will be invited to use the Dashboard.
